Don't pull a Jordy!

I'm usually not the type to pull people down once they're in deep shit. But being a loyal Kardashian/Jenner fan, I was really shocked when I heard about the whole Khloe x Tristan x Jordyn scandal. YEAH YEAH, there are bigger problems out there but hey, The Kardashian & Jenners have always been an inspiration to me. Their continuous success and influence have always made me believe that love and hate will come as long as you work hard. Each Kardashian and Jenner has influenced me in some way whether it's how I style myself, act or even manage my business. Hell, I even lookup to the people who are close to the Kardashian/Jenner fam so OBVIOUSLY when I heard about Ms. Jordyn Woods's betrayal, I was dead.
Just knowing Khloe confided in Jordyn and then have her go behind her back and hook up with her baby daddy, YO that's a major line crossed right there. I don't care if she's been besties with Kylie Jenner for more than 6 years, hell that should be good enough reason to remain loyal especially to someone who lets you live in their house, bought you a car and treats your family as part of their family. DON'T BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU GIRL.
After this incident, it led me to think about my current relationships with my close friends including my twin sister. You know, it's so easy to take the people we love for granted especially when we have busy schedules whether it's studies, work, girlfriends, boyfriends, other responsibilities etc. Personally, it doesn't matter how busy you are just make sure you make time at least once a week or a few minutes to catch up with the people who love and support you. And if you don't have that one person/friend you can confide in at the end of a good/bad day then REFLECT. Take a good hard look at yourself and ask yourself what's up?! Sometimes when I catch myself straying too far from my loved ones, friends even twin sister, a small gesture like tagging them in a funny post or sending them a hilarious meme tells them that I'm thinking about them. I also plan to do fun things and is always up to try new things with my loved ones and/or friends during the weekends (preferably Sundays when everyone is usually free)
Here's a few things you and your besties can do to keep the love going!
1. Hauntu
The first time I ever did this was with my twin sister (Twinzo aka @chellechong) and it was one of my favourite experiences. Both of us share the same love of horror and scaring ourselves shitless so when I proposed this to her, she was so down. We took turns to lead the way and there were times where we screamed for our lives whilst having to figure out how to escape rooms. We loved it so much that we even took our friends Deyanna and Adam along. You and your friends should try it, I dare ya!
2. Mamacina
I remember spinning here for the first time on Merdeka Eve 2018 and fell in love when I walked in. All my friends pulled up and not only do they have pretty & tasty cocktails but the beer pong tables are bound to either get annoyed with your friends or strengthen yalls friendship. Either way, all of y'all are getting so drunk! Also, on Wednesdays, they have RM69 all you can drink wine (can't say no to that) They even have a basketball arcade game where you can challenge your friends to beat the high score. Try doing that when you're 8/10 tipsy LOL!

3. Party Room Malaysia
Keep your friends close, keep your cousins closer! It was my cousin Alex's birthday and after taking him out to lunch, my bestie Deyanna hit me up wanting to do something and immediately I thought of trying something new. I thought Party Room Malaysia would be a good place so I called another friend Adam and planned to meet at Atria Mall. It was RM35 per person for an hour and I treated everyone since it was Alex's birthday and I was feeling generous. Hey, I love treating my loved ones and sometimes you should! We spent an hour playing Giant Jenga, whacking each other, throwing & kicking balls at each other and loads more. If you have more than an hour to spare, then buy all means make sure you do everything.... TWICE. There's also random challenges that the facilitators will throw at you so don't be shy.

4. The W Hotel
My friends and I used to be the type to just have a night out, dance and drink the night away. But at The Wet Deck located at The W Hotel, it's nice to just chill by the pool with a jaw dropping view of the Twin Towers. I got 2 bottles of my favourite vodkas (Belvedere & Absolut) and just had a pretty chill time catching up with all my girls. Great to get fcked up but once in a while, just relax and engage in conversation with your squad. Great vibes at The W always.

Make sure you take a squad pic in front of the Twin Towers!

At the end of the day, it's always good to maintain a good relationship with the people who love and support you. I've been through some tough times and I'm glad that these people have been with me. Even if we don't spend as much time now compared to a few years ago, I know that we're always here for once another and I love these people more than life itself! Plus, it's good to have a WhatsApp group to keep everyone in the loop of everything. We usually send gossip, stupid memes and the lamest puns on the group but hey, it keeps our friendship alive and I wouldn't have it any other way. With that being said, I really feel for Kylie knowing that she has to cut Jordyn out from her life but I believe that people come in and sometimes have to walk out of your life for a reason. God works in mysterious ways and maybe one day, although they might not be friends again, I hope they can forgive Jordyn. We can only be young and reckless once. I hope you and your besties have the time of your lives! Thanks for your time y'all! xoxo
